Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, smart phones shooting sound recording. analysis technique uses SES method, while testing Blackbox. Our findings show that lowest MAPE value obtained 49.8%. Blackbox all components are already functioning properly. With system, it can make easier related parties predict number new health center.
